Primary Education
You will develop curriculum knowledge in English, mathematics, science, technology, arts, health and physical education, history, and geography. From your first year, you’ll complete 90 days of supervised professional experience in local schools, and rural and remote settings if desired.
You will develop valuable skills and experiences through participation in Wider Field Experiences where you engage with community projects and work with children, families and communities.

- Specializations/Electives: Opportunities to specialize in areas such as literacy, numeracy, science, and the arts.
- Practical Experience: Extensive hands-on teaching practice through placements in primary schools, often starting from the first year.

The occupation of a primary school teacher is listed on the Medium to Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) in Australia. This means that those who have completed a Bachelor of Primary Education and meet the necessary criteria can potentially apply for visas that utilize the MLTSSL for skilled migration.
