Notably, all recipients are skilled trades workers specialising in housing construction, such as carpenters, cabinet makers, and painters.
Qualifications
Training is vital for entering the field. Programs such as the Certificate III in Painting and Decorating provide comprehensive training, covering everything from surface preparation to advanced decorative techniques. On successful completion of this course the learners are going to be awarded CPC30611 – Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, which is a nationally recognised qualification.
Unfortunately, international students cannot undertake an apprenticeship in Australia. However, there are many international colleges that offer the course that allows you to become a qualified tradesperson in Australia.
